Nail art tutorials
Start with the application basics, then try one of the designs below. These archived demonstrations show colours and tools used at the time; check the linked product pages for current availability.
Before you try a Light Lacquer design
Start with clean, dry nails. Wash away oil and dirt, then dry your hands.
Apply a thin coat of Light Lacquer. Keep uncured colour off skin and cuticles, and remove any that gets on them before curing.
Cure each thin coat for 45–60 seconds with a compatible LED gel lamp. The Nomad Pro Lamp switches off automatically after 60 seconds. Repeat with another thin coat if needed for your chosen coverage.
Light Lacquer has a glossy, no-wipe finish and does not require a separate base or top coat. Light Lacquer lasts 7-10 days with proper prep and care. Individual results may vary.
When you want a change, peel gently from near the cuticle, work along the side and peel across the nail. Read the Light Lacquer guide and application FAQs for more detail. Using Aquajellie instead? Follow its air-drying routine, not these lamp-curing steps.

Simple wavy nude nail art
Colours used: Teh Halia and Just White.
Written design guide
Paint a nude background with thin coats of Teh Halia, following the Light Lacquer application and curing steps above.
Use a fine nail-art brush with Just White to draw curved, wavy lines over the nude colour. The video varies the curves and placement from nail to nail.
Keep the detail thin and off the skin. Cure the Light Lacquer detail for 45–60 seconds with a compatible LED gel lamp.
